Life Membership Registration

Eligibility: All Qualified Physiotherapists who finished Bachelor Of Physiotherapy (BPT) Or Doctor Of Physiotherapy (DPT) are eligible for Life Membership.
Note: **
1) Regular applications will take a minimum of 30 days, while Tatkal applications will take at least 15 days to process.
2) If the information provided in the application is incorrect, or if the uploaded documents are inappropriate, the application will not be processed.
3) Uploading the original degree certificate is mandatory.
4) Fees once paid are non-refundable, even if the application is rejected.
